Increase your bodily injury policy limits to at least $100,000.00 per person and $300,000.00 per accident. We have represented people who were seriously injured and because the policy limit on the at-fault driver and their own policy was low, they barely recovered anything. For us this is an injustice that can be changed with education. Please increase your policy limits.
