Chinwe Kpaduwa

Chinwe was born in Takoma Park, Maryland and grew up in Lagos, Nigeria. She enjoys adventuring outdoors, and is sad that Game of Thrones has come to an end. She is excited about House of the Dragon.  Chinwe is a sports fanatic with a special love for soccer and basketball.


Her educational experience includes high school attendance at Queen’s College Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Berea College in Kentucky and earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.

Chinwe currently practices in the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland, focusing on the areas of car accidents, personal injury, and wrongful death. Her promise is to consistently provide responsive client service.

She is a skilled trial attorney with years of success as a litigator in civil and criminal matters. Chinwe’s expertise was developed during her time as an Assistant State’s Attorney where she successfully prosecuted numerous felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. She is also a former insurance adjuster who has settled several automobile and personal injury cases for insurance companies.


Chinwe was selected as a Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers for their 2018 membership. She is also a 2016 recipient of Avvo’s Clients’ Choice Award, and is rated on Avvo as a Top Attorney. Chinwe is also a  former President of the Nigerian American Lawyers Association (NALA).
