In my opinion, Erie insurance has the best customer service. First, the adjusters return phone calls. Second, they are reasonable and not underhanded. Third, they take care of their insureds. They don’t look for ways to deny claims or prolong the injury claim process. Over the years, I have found them to be above the rest. If you are looking to switch insurance companies, you might want to take a look at them.
